Dance with Rhi: Zumba classes
I love Zumba because it's joyful, it's inclusive and it was a big part of my journey to fitness. As well as teaching Zumba I work in medtech communications and I'm a published author of 14 science fiction and fantasy novels. I believe that living your best life involves doing lots of different things that support and strengthen each other. Let me support you and make you stronger, with the power of Zumba!
During the pandemic we needed to find new ways to keep fit and find stay positive. My friends asked me to start an online class and now I teach Zumba from my living room. Dance fitness is great for physical and mental health. You can join a thirty minute Zumba class for only £2 or get a month's unlimited access to all my classes for £10.
How to join my online Zumba class
You will need a copy of free video conferencing software Zoom (or you can join on a web browser without the software) and a working web camera. For health and safety reasons your web cam must be on. Please visit the health and safety information and quick start guide for some more information about what to expect from a Zumba class.
Please join 5 minutes before class. Be dressed ready to exercise and keep a water bottle nearby. Please also read the health and safety instructions before your first class. If there are no registrants 30 minutes before class it will be cancelled so please make sure to register if you intend to attend.

How to pay
My online Zumba class Dance with Rhi runs 4 times a week. You can pay by class (£2 for 30 minutes and £2.50 for 45 minutes, £3 for 1 hour) or for unlimited access for £10 a month. You can pay by PayPal or by bank transfer.
It is a condition of my insurance that I must be able to see you on webcam.
Paypal meIf you choose "friends and family" they don't take a transaction fee. Commercial gives you more protection but if you don't feel you need it, don't choose it. Alternatively you can direct transfer me money - email me for my bank details.

How to join my 'GO Active' outdoors Zumba class
Outdoor classes will start again after lockdown, once the weather is dry and bright. It doesn't need to be warm because Zumba will keep you warm. Come back to this website for more information about how too register and book for an outdoors Zumba class, registered and licensed as part of Oxford City Council's GO Active scheme.
